Here is a rough guide to how much you should expect to pay when you chose Just Job It to get the job done!

• One bedroom property £120-£240 (2-3hrs)
• Two bedroom property £180-£320 (3-4hrs)
• Three bedroom property £240-£400 (4-5hrs)
• Four bedroom property £300-£480 (5-6hrs)
• Five bedroom property £480-£640 (6hrs+)

Generally speaking average man and van prices in South Yorkshire with a reputable firm are around £60 to £80 per hour (with a two hour minimum charge) which would normally include a working driver helping to load and unload. The more helpers, the higher the rate.

Here at Just Job It, our hourly rate for one mover is £60ph

If you would prefer or require an extra helper, that would normally put the overall hourly rate up to around £70 to £80 per hour (that's for the whole job, not per helper) and then so on for any additional helpers. 

The cost of hiring a man and van will depend on a number of factors, including: 

• Where you live 
• How far your items need transporting 
• How many people you need to help move things 
• What kind of items you need moving
• The number of floors that need to be climbed 

If you just need items moving from A to B, we will usually charge you by every half hour. You may be charged a disposal fee if you need us to dispose of waste for you.

Here at Just Job It, our half hourly rate for collection & delivery is £35 for the first half hour and £15 for every half hour thereafter. The overall journey will be quoted as a fixed fee at the time of booking once we understand your needs in full.

If you’re having waste collected, you have a duty of care to ensure the person collecting the waste is a registered upper tier waste carrier. Otherwise, if they aren’t trustworthy and they fly-tip your waste, you actually face the risk of being fined and getting a criminal record.

The estimated cost for rubbish removal is:

• A minimum load of 100kg is between £50 to £70
• A quarter load of rubbish, between 200kg to 300kg, the estimated cost of this will be £90 to £100.
• A half load (500kg to 700kg) for a rubbish removal van is estimated to cost £150 to £170
• While to load and remove a three-quarter load (800kg-900kg) of rubbish, the estimated cost is between £200 to £250
• Finally, a full load – between 1,000kg to 1,200kg – is estimated to cost between £270 and £290
