Kitchen Deep Clean

A deep clean of your kitchen includes our regular professional cleaning of your kitchen as well as:
- Fridges cleaned inside and out
- Kitchen appliances wiped over
- Toaster decrumbed
- Kettle descaled
- Cleaning of Interior windows
- Cupboards cleaned on top, inside and out
- Food items date checked and re-organised
- Wall tiles and back splashes cleaned
- Washing machine / dishwasher drum and draw cleaned
Bathroom Deep Clean

Minimum
1.5 hours
A deep clean of your bathroom includes our regular professional cleaning of your bathroom as well as:
- Wall tiles washed down
- Toilet cistern cleansed
- Toilet bowl scrubbed and treated
- Showerhead descaled
- Plug holes unblocked and washed through
- Surface mould removed and treated with mould resistant solution
- Window rubbers cleaned
- Extractor fan cleared of dust
- Grout cleaning (additional 30mins)
Deep Clean

Although every clean is tailored to a customer’s specific requirements, we do offer the following as standard:
- A thorough clean of bathrooms and kitchens
- A thorough clean of all kitchen units and cupboards inside and out
- Floors washed
- Skirting boards, windowsills and furniture dusted
- All rooms vacuumed and carpets lightly washed with Vax carpet washer
- Paintwork cleaned and touched up (paint supplied by yourselves)

Windows & Gutters
Add on to a full clean from £100
A thorough clean of windows and gutters will help extend the lifespan of a property.
Build-up of grime and detritus over time can decrease the value of a property. Let Just Job It increase the value of your home.
Polite notice: Regretfully we are not able to offer window cleaning as a regular service, we are unable to meet the demands of this service right now. Our offering of window and gutter cleaning is part of an add on service to our full property clean, spring clean and summer clean packages
Garden Maintenance

Our garden maintenance package at the end or start of a tenancy includes:
- Grass cutting
- Hedge trimming
- Planting (flowers, seeds, bulbs to be provided by yourselves)
- Fence painting
- Shed painting
- Power washing of exterior footpaths and paving
- Cosmetic touch ups
